Events
Today, your support through special events like the Brightside Golf Classic, Angel Campaign, and Toy-Run are more important to Brightside than ever. Cutbacks in government funding have
deepened dramatically, while costs of client care, technology, equipment, programs
and services rise. Brightside remains committed to excellence and to serving the
most vulnerable in our community. Gifts through event sponsorships or personal
donations help us to meet current needs, operate efficiently, and plan for the
future. Almost all gifts are tax-deductible and can be monetary, in-kind or volunteer
donations.
Through the spirit of giving, you enhance the lives of those facing major challenges. Your generosity is
a tribute to the work we accomplish here every day, working individually with
children traumatized by abuse and neglect in our residential treatment center
and special education school, providing counseling to local families experiencing
problems and to individuals who need mental health or substance abuse treatment.
Through a contribution to Brightside, you initiate a caring relationship with
children in greatest need in our community, you will be making a difference in
the lives of children and families facing major life challenges. With your help,
we can continue to provide our neighbors and friends with the support and treatment
they need to achieve health, balance and wellbeing.
